At MyKoty, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with AlgoLens software services. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
1. Trial Period
We offer a trial period (as displayed during Paddle checkout) to allow you to evaluate the Service before making a purchase.
2. Eligibility
Refunds may be requested within seven (7) days of purchase if:
- The Service was not delivered, or
- The Service provided did not meet agreed specifications.
3. Refund Process
- Submit a request via email to jaroslawweber@gmail.com including purchase details and the reason for your request.
- Provide any supporting documentation if applicable.
- We will review your request and respond within seven (7) business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days to the original payment method.
4. Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Services that have been fully used or consumed.
- Requests submitted more than 7 days after purchase.
- Cases involving misuse of the Service or failure to follow instructions.
- Third-party charges or fees outside of our control.
5. Updates
We may revise this Refund Policy from time to time. Significant updates will be posted on our website or communicated via email. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
