Welcome to AlgoLens, a service operated by MyKoty (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Use of the Service

AlgoLens provides educational algorithm visualizations.

• Open-source components are licensed under the MIT License and may be used for personal and non-commercial purposes.
• Commercial use, redistribution, or resale is prohibited without prior written consent.
• You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, interfere with its operation, or attempt to overload our systems.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Refrain from account sharing, automated access, or use of bots.

4. Intellectual Property

• Open-source code is governed by the MIT License.
• Proprietary content, features, and branding are the property of MyKoty and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyKoty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
In all cases, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service during the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion.
If termination occurs without cause, you may request a prorated refund of prepaid fees.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Republic of Korea.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be posted on our website or communicated via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
